How do I book a Group Event?
Burke Williams invites you to celebrate your special occasion, at one of our nine locations. To begin the group reservation process, please complete our “Group Events” contract. Once your forms have been received, our Group Event coordinator will contact you, to assist you with any additional inquiries.
Do you have to book a service in order to join in a group event?
Yes. Our Group Events Coordinator would be happy to assist you and your guests, in selecting treatments costumed for a relaxing day. Treatment selections must be a minimum of $105.
What are your group event options?
We have two esteemed group package options available. You may select to schedule a “Group Event,” complete with delightful party features, or you may book your group “A La Carte.”
What is included in an “Event” package?
Event groups enjoy the benefits of a private room; perfect for a meet and greet and to enjoy a light snack. We also provide you with complementary: Sparkling Cider, Fruit and Pastry Platters. Groups are also welcomed to bring in additional platters (i.e. sandwiches and salads.) A personal concierge will assist in all your catering preparation needs. The Event option has a $20 per person surcharge.
If my guests will be paying for their own treatments, how do they submit their payments?
Please provide each paying guest with our Pre-pay Authorization form located on page. 5 of your group event contract. Your guest may fax their completed forms to the listed number. (All payments arrive via a secured e-fax.)
