In this position you will be the first impression our guests have when deciding to visit any of our spa locations. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service for our clients that call in to make a spa reservation for one of our nine luxurious locations in California. You empowered to field any customer service inquires.

In this position you will be expected to clearly articulate spa services, describe the spa ambiance, describe current promotions and reserve spa treatments. Qualified candidates will have call center and /or sales experience and be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm.. We are seeking agents that are enthusiastic; detail-oriented, articulate and have a personality where your genuine warmth will shine through the phone. We have full time and part time positions available.

Starting salary: $11.00 per hour upon successful completion of the initial 6 week training program. Sales and performance based incentives offered. Burke Williams offers a robust benefits package for all full time employees.
