As a member of our Guest Services call center reservation team, you will be the voice of the Burke Williams’ brand. You will be the first impression our guests have when deciding to visit our spa. Our highly trained reservation specialists are knowledgeable experts when it comes to creating a wonderful, memorable experience for our guests whether they are interested in booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card or inquiring about our services. As part of the call center reservation team, you will facilitate the guest’s booking experience and your enthusiasm and pride will shine through when they experience your superior level of guest service.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Approachable and enthusiastic!
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with others
  • Ability to multi-task, listen to guests’ needs and have a strong desire to resolve guest issues
  • Computer skills and ability to handle multiple transactions
  • Self-motivated, dependable and results-oriented
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Strong sales background!
  • Weekends and holidays
  • Participation in a 3 week paid training program to get you Burke Williams-ready!
