Reflexology

In reflexology, the feet and hands are mirror images of the body. By stretching, moving, and applying pressure to these areas, our trained reflexologists break up patterns of stress in other parts of the body. Each session supports the entire body and provides soothing relief and energizing comfort for tired feet.

Thai Massage

Based in Eastern traditions, Thai massage is uniquely relaxing and energizing at the same time. This form of massage therapy uses passive stretching and gentle pressure along energy lines. Your Burke Williams therapist will use their arms, hands, fingers, and thumbs to move you through a series of yoga-like stretches. You’ll leave feeling invigorated and with a new awareness of your lithe body.

Reiki

If you’re feeling under the weather or experiencing pain, we recommend the gentle nature of this massage. Reiki means “Universal Life Force Energy” and it seeks to restore balance to the body’s vital energy. Reiki promotes deep relaxation, removes energy blockages, detoxifies the body, and increases overall well-being.

Lymphatic Massage

Using massage and then gentle, rhythmic pumping techniques, your Burke Williams therapist will focus on certain lymph nodes and points of the body to stimulate and improve the flow of lymphatic fluid. This lymphatic drainage reduces blockages of the system, which in turn promotes a healthier body.

Cranial Sacral

This gentle, energetic approach to massage assists the body in its own natural healing capability. Our Cranial Sacral therapists tune into layers of restriction and particular strain patterns in the body using gentle, sustained pressure to release fascia, muscular, and membranous restriction.
